The Role
We are looking for full time Mobile Air Conditioning Engineers to join our growing team of engineers. You’ll be working alongside our other London-based engineers across a large number of our commercial clients working predominantly inside the M25.
This is a fully remote role and requires a full UK driving licence.
This role will support the effective, efficient, and safe delivery of our client services by attending client sites to conduct planned and reactive maintenance.
Hours & Location of Work:
Main location – this is a fully mobile role covering London
Regular hours of work – Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm – 40 hour working week. Whilst this is our company standard working week, our clients require “out of hours” maintenance so early starts/late finishes & night works are to be expected.
On Call – this role includes a 24 hour on call rota on a maximum 1 week in 4 schedule (Friday-Thursday)
Responsibilities include:
- Undertaking all aspects of air conditioning and refrigeration installation, commission, and maintenance including the service and repair of VRVs, VRFs, Splits, and Chillers
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with Thermatic’s PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and task schedules as directed by the Help Desk and/or management team
- Providing accurate timesheet information to designated timeframes
- Carrying out basic facilities maintenance tasks as required
- Supporting team members including acting as second-man where required
- Participating in a 24 hour call out rota
- Attending team meetings or briefings as required
- Supporting contract teams with meeting SLAs by attending client premises within the desired timeframe
- Supporting Thermatic with maintaining positive client relationships through on-site interactions with representative and customers of our clients
- Assisting office-based staff with producing quotations by providing accurate and good quality information and sourcing supplier quotations where extra works are identified
- Producing technical and situational reports as required
- Escalating any major site issues or incidents via the appropriate channel and within acceptable timeframes
- Supporting the training and upskilling of junior service engineers

We are looking for a Mobile Drainage Engineer to join our service team at Thermatic Technical FM. This role will support the effective, efficient, and safe delivery of our client services by attending client sites to conduct planned and reactive maintenance. The Role
We are looking for an Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our Install Team at Thermatic Technical FM. This role will include attending client sites on a national basis and will require regular travel and working away from home.
The Install team’s main aim is to support clients with their mechanical installation requirements. As an AC Install Engineer, you will support this purpose by carrying out the installation and commission of commercial HVAC equipment for a national client-base.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to complete all activities to a high standard and in a professional manner. You will have great time-keeping and organisational skills and be able to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally with team members, management, and client representatives.
Hours & Location of Work:
This role requires regular travel with candidates expected to work away from home most weeks and regular out of hours work.

We are looking for a Contract Supervisor to join our Operations Team at Thermatic Technical FM on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.
The team’s main aim is to deliver agreed services to our customers with the upmost standard and efficiency, whilst maintaining and delivering all cost lines. As a Contract Supervisor you will support this purpose by supervising the contract between the customers and our engineers, ensuring the contract runs smoothly and efficiently and distributing work across the teams. You are also responsible for the profit and loss of the contract/s.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong customer service and interpersonal skills to deal with different customers and departments within the business. You will have great time management and organisational skills and be able to communicate clearly to colleagues at all levels. You’ll also be confident with operating MS Office package and quick to learn new computer-based systems.
Essential attributes also include previous experience with supervising teams, contracts and activities within a similar function.
Experience within construction, FM, or the Engineering sector would be advantageous, as would having previously used the Job Logic CAFM system.

The Role
We are looking for a CAD Technician to join the HVAC Install Projects division of our business.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Creating new and maintaining existing drawing records to ensure accuracy and completeness. This will include HVAC design layouts, floor plans, sections, elevations, topographical surveys, and other electronically stored records in CAD format.
- Providing asset drawing records in a timely manner to the project delivery process, and amalgamating as-built data from contractors so that impacted assets are recorded accurately.
- Working to align TTFM’s drawing records into a consistent format that is easily accessible to those across TTFM that require it for decision making.
- Supporting other departments with their design requirements and producing quick turn around drawings for the critical care environment.

- Ensure daily communication is in place with the relevant contracts team to ensure engineers have sufficient workload and future works are scheduled or re-scheduled
- Adjust and reschedule engineers’ activity to take account of daily fluctuations in service requests in line with agreed hierarchy of criteria such as SLA achievement, reduced travel, reduced costs, and utilisation of engineer skill sets
- Escalate any issues in a timely manner and to the appropriate line management
- Contribute to monthly business review meetings by furnishing and discussing critical account information pertinent to current operational performance data
- Ensure accuracy of service request information into Job Logic and customer portals
- Generate planned PPM and statutory maintenance schedules
- Communicate regularly with engineers to monitor daily schedule of planned activity, ensuring it is up to date and amending schedules to cope with any reported discrepancies from plan
- Ensure client portal is keep up to date with all relevant information
- Review previous day’s work to assess status of work, inform and action where appropriate
- Answer all external calls and emails in a timely manner
- Confirm delivery of required parts prior to engineer allocation
