Thermatic Technical FM support the Pets at home family, including the groom room and Vets4Pets throughout their UK estate of over 650 sites.
The animals are at the heart of everything they do, so it is critical that their estate is running efficiently and effectively to ensure the they are being kept in a safe and comfortable environment.
Pets at Home are a forward-thinking business, constantly looking for new ways to improve and innovate within their estate, therefore it is key that the team we have working on their account is able to support them with this, both on a technology and a business strategy level.
Thermatic provide support around their planned preventative maintenance and compliance reporting, including an onsite 4-hour response to reactive requirements and 24 / 7 / 365 call out facility. In addition to the retail sites, we also provide PPM support and critical monitoring for their head offices.
As part of our specific reporting within this contract, we provide detailed F-Gas reports in line with their sustainability reporting, risk registers for future budgeting purposes and progress reporting with regards to PPM and reactive actions.
Pets at Home are keen to support engagement with their onsite colleagues and the technical aspects of their estate, due to this Thermatic have had the opportunity to develop a number of training materials, such as online tutorials, reducing both onsite down time and costs for Pets at Home.
